Rooted n Nature was created out of a need to help remedy my ailments and discomfort with eczema. Been dealing with it since I was born. I felt there had to be another way other than medicated cremes and lotions that were starting to not work after a long time of using them. I spent hours researching and going further down the rabbit hole which lead me to change my diet and entire lifestyle. I started out with body butters which were amazingly helpful in getting rid of the scaly blotches on the inside of my arms and legs. Soon you couldn’t even tell eczema was there. I then transitioned from meat to mostly salads and fruit. Why stop there? I got rid of the chemical perms cutting all my hair to start the process of growing my hair back to natural. By this time my friends and family thought I was going crazy. Next I discovered the herbs and many different ways to use them internally and externally. I put great value into health and natural healing. After going through my process and journey of healing my skin of eczema and detoxing my body the results came to me being in better health, looking and feeling younger than I am. I have great passion in my purpose to not only provide products that will help repair and nurture skin, but to motivate positive light that will lead to others being in better health. I believe in a wholistic approach to improving the body, mind and spirit. Complete healing cannot happen when one part is isolated from the whole. I aim to be that spark for others to know they too can be successful in their journey to better skin and overall health. It's evident that it goes beyond the usual everyday skin care routine. You too can have overall health and wellness.
